- Weekend orders processed the following business day
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping – £12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
- Tracking included
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch
- Tracking included
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our policy carefully to ensure your items qualify for return.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Plants must arrive alive and healthy
- Original packaging should be retained when possible
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened seed packets (including All Other Vegetable Seeds and Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds)
- Bedding Plants that have been planted
- Any plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation
Return Process
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
- Provide details using our return request template below
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship your return using our specified method (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exceptions: If the return is due to our error, we’ll refund return shipping costs
Exchanges
- Same-value exchanges shipped once we receive original items
- No additional shipping charges if exchange is due to our error
- For higher-value exchanges, we’ll invoice the difference before shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund without requiring return of damaged plants
