At Florist Zone, we nurture your gardening experience with the same care we give to our plants. While we hope every plant arrives in perfect condition and meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our policy below.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Plants must be in their original condition (alive and healthy)
- Original packaging should be retained where possible
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened seed packets (All Other Vegetable Seeds, Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds)
- Bedding Plants that have been planted
- Any plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
- Provide details using our return request template below
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the method we specify (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exceptions: If your return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we’ll refund the return shipping costs
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original items
- No additional shipping charges will apply if the exchange is due to our error
For exchanges of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference before shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged items or incorrect products
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund without requiring return of damaged plants
