About Our Products
What types of plants do you sell?
We specialise in a wide variety of plants including bedding plants, vegetable plants, climbing plants, shrubs and more. Our range includes everything from Artichoke Plants to Buddleja shrubs and Brassica seeds. We cater to all gardening needs!
Are your plants suitable for container gardening?
Yes! We have a specific selection of ‘Bedding Suitable for Containers’ and many of our other plants are also container-friendly. Look for the container-friendly icon on product pages.
How are your plants packaged for delivery?
We take extraordinary care with every shipment. Plants are carefully wrapped in moisture-retaining materials with protected root systems. Fragile items are clearly marked and padded to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Information
Where do you deliver to?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian destinations and remote areas. Our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location during checkout.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
– Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (spring and autumn), please allow an extra 1-2 days due to high demand.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Free shipping via EMS includes basic tracking but may not provide real-time updates in all locations.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all your payment information.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Plants must be in their original condition with packaging intact. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Pro Gardening Tip: When your plants arrive, give them a day to acclimate before transplanting. Water them gently and keep them in a shaded area – they’ve been on quite a journey!
